Please shake before use.
The spray can be applied anywhere on your body (except the face and sensitive areas).
We do however, recommend to apply to areas of tension and tightness.
Spray desired amount on your skin and gently massage in. We recommend to start with 1 - 2 sprays per area and increase amount if required.
Enjoy the refreshing scent and sensation as the product absorbs. You might experience a slight tingling sensation which can be a sign of your body adjusting to the Magnesium. This should be easing after a few uses.
